We held our first peer to peer exchange webinar on Thursday, February 21, 2019 on the topic of using Kanban techniques for time management. Tim Nolan, Applications Manager for Collin County, TX, shared with us his insights on using Kanban for time management. We were introduced to Tim by Shawn Wampler (City of Annapolis) who saw Tim present at the URISA GIS Pro Conference last fall.

Here are some tips and links that Tim shared with us:

Overall the webinar was well received and a wonderful success illustrating how we have a lot to offer each other in terms of sharing tips and tricks for what works and what doesn’t when it comes to managing our workdays.
